Branding Material Design

The Vattikuti Foundation, a US-based non-profit organization dedicated to improving human life through robotic surgery and social empowerment initiatives in India, holds an annual event called the “Humans at the Cutting Edge of Robotic Surgery Symposium.” A highlight of this symposium is the prestigious KS International Innovation Awards ceremony. In 2023, the event took place in Ghent, Belgium, and the Foundation needed an array of event collaterals that reflected their mission and brand identity.

For this event, we designed all essential materials, including standees, certificates, banners, brochures, name tags, lanyards, podium signage, stage backdrops, etc. Each element was carefully crafted using a creative theme and concept that aligned with the Vattikuti Foundation’s brand guidelines. The design approach emphasized professionalism and elegance, ensuring that the event materials not only stood out visually but also enhanced the overall event experience. The result was a cohesive and visually engaging atmosphere that left a lasting impression on attendees.
