Leptos Estates, a leading real estate firm with over 60 years of experience in the Cypriot and Greek markets, approached us through their consultant, Mr. Vishal Wadhwani. Known for their commitment to quality and service, Leptos Estates needed a property investment proposal for their project, “Sanatan Scenic Villas” by Daduzen. The client requested a design that reflected the essence of Crete’s natural beauty, using blues and greens to represent the surrounding water bodies, while also providing detailed information about the project and its amenities.

Our design process focused on creating a visually appealing presentation that highlighted the luxury and scenic appeal of the Sanatan Scenic Villas. We used a combination of blue and green tones to evoke the serene landscape of Crete, paired with clear and structured layouts to present detailed project information. The presentation also included easy-to-navigate sections, ensuring that all amenities and features were showcased effectively, giving potential investors a comprehensive overview of the project.
