International Estate Consultants (IEC) required a creative brochure to present investment opportunities in ‘The London Resort’, a prestigious project based in London, UK. The brief was to design an informative and visually appealing brochure that would serve as both an information and investment pack. To align with the project’s location and branding, we chose a color theme inspired by the United Kingdom’s flag, which is also reflected in ‘The London Resort’s logo.
The design process involved selecting appropriate fonts and creating compelling graphics that organized the brochure’s content in a clear and engaging way.
